Efforts to Improve the Quality of Manuscript Content
The editorial office staff checks the similarity of
substance with other sources (similarity checking), and the completeness of additional files (materials provided in Community
Service, questionnaires, and other relevant
data).
The initial length of the pre-review review process is a maximum of 14 days from the submission of the manuscript, then communication between the editorial office staff and the
author will go through the discussion
panel on the submission page.
The editor is adjusted to the knowledge contained in the manuscript. A pre-review review is carried out to communicate the completeness of the substance of the content of the manuscript prior to peer review through a
panel discussion, the time required in this process depends on the availability of the editor, and the length
of the pre-review is a maximum of 30 days from the assignment.
Review of bestari partners is carried out
by colleagues other than members
of the editorial board, or can be carried out by members of the editorial board of the JIPPM journal. The
editor will send the manuscript (without the identity and affiliation of the author)
to several (at least two)
review partners in accordance with the scientific discussion of the manuscript. Communication
between reviewers and authors will be moderated by the editor, the length of one review/manuscript under
review (round) is two weeks, and the total time in this process is a minimum
of 30 days, and a maximum of 75 days.
The post-review review is carried out
by the JIPPM editor. The communication
that is built between editors, writers, and
editor-in-chief in this process aims as a final part to get the best part of the manuscript before it is published.
The post-review process takes 15 days.
Manuscripts that have gone through the post -review
process will be accepted by the
editor, and the abstract will be included in the nearest published edition.
This process is editing which includes sentence
modification (if needed),
checking language, tables, and figures and curating reference metadata
(in-cite and bibliography). The editor will insert the supporting files of the script
into the data repository (Fighsare and Zenodo). Uncorrected proof manuscripts are communicated to the author, and then the production stage.
The provision of full text in accordance with the style
of the JIPPM journal environment is possible with HTML or XML outputs.
The publisher is working on making a PDF version available.
The number of words that make up the title is a maximum of 18 syllables, excluding conjunctions. Using Indonesian and English.
The full name of the author or authors, may consist of one or more syllables. Writing affiliation starts
from the unit/study program-faculty- university-city-country.
Abstract consists of Indonesian and English. The maximum number
of words in the abstract
is 250 words.
Keywords contain the main theme carried
by the manuscript. The strategy
for writing keywords
to make publications easier to find through
internet search engines is choosing
keywords according to the words in the title and words that are often used in the abstract. A maximum of six keywords consisting of Indonesian and English.
Describe the phenomena
that exist in community groups so that the urgency of activities can be known.
Provide a scientific basis for the model of community service/innovation carried out in the community.
Explain how the activities are carried out, starting from the recruitment of participants, details of implementation time, materials and
delivery methods.
Convey how the results or achievements of the activities that have been carried
out can be attached with documentation of these activities (photos/videos). If the findings require a scientific basis as part of the discussion, interpret the results on the basis of relevant scientific sources.
The conclusion answers the purpose of community
service or innovation. Convey the benefits
of existing activities, and provide suggestions for follow-up activities.
Explain the implications of activities on existing phenomena
in the community based on the results/findings.
Convey the things that hinder the achievement of activities that are not optimal.
May contain submissions of names that contribute to the implementation of activities but are not included as authors. Explain if there
is a conflict of interest originating
from funders, institutions, and/or other professionals.
State the name of the funder and the decision number.
If there is more than one author, please describe the author's
contribution according to the CRediT taxonomy.
Compilation of the bibliography must use the reference manager
application. The reference
envelope style is the American
Psychological Association style (APA)
